Guy RedFearn
Lawrence -- Guy Redfearn, 84, Lawrence, died Monday at a Topkda hospital where he had been about a week.
He was born Dec 18, 1894, at Le Roy, the son of M. Hurst and Mary E. Stone Redfearn. He moved from De Soto to Lawrence 37 years ago.
Mr. Readfearn was a retired clerk and cashier for Santa Fe Railway, Lawrence.
He was a member of Lawrence Lodge No. 6, AF&AM, Scottish Rite Bodies and York Rite Bodies, all of Lawrence.
He was married to Margaret M. Redfearn. She died Jan 25, 1971.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Mrs. Otto Gulley, Lawrence; a stepson, Thomas B. Kyle, Montrose Colo., a stepgranddaughter and three step-great-granddaughters.
Masonic graveside services will be conducted by Lawrence Lodge No. 6 at 2 p.m. in Jefferrson County. Mr. Redfearn will lie in state Wednesday until noon Thursday at Rumsey Funeral Home, Lawrence. Memorial contributions may be made to Masonic Foundation in care of the funeral home or P.O. Box 1217, Topeka, 66601.
