BENTLEY, JOHN, born about 1618 In England. He came to America in 1635 on the TRUELOVE, aged 17 years. He died in Charlestown, Rhode Island on 20-November-1690. It is known he had a son at that time named Richard, who had a wife, MARGARET. There were other children, not named, very possible a son JOHN who was born in about 1674 and married a girl from New Jersey.
