Deed Book 66, p. 253 - George Bentley, of Zanesville, Muskingham Co.,, Ohio and his son and daughter, John P. Bentley and Eliza Bentley, of Winchester, Frederick Co., Va. Philip Koon, dec’d, by will of 1 Jan 1815 to daughter Caty, since dec’d, who was wife of the party of the first part (ie., George Bently) and mother of the parties of the seocnd part (ie. John P. and Eliza Bentley). All right in estate of Koon.
