Deaths to Uncles Of W. J. Potter

George (Nig) Potter, 73, of Lordsburg, N.M., died January 15 at Lordsburg and a half-brother, J. W. Stillwell, 87, of Marshall died January 16 at Marshall. Both were natives of Boonville and the uncles of W. J. "Skeetz" Potter. Funeral services for Mr. Potter were held Monday in Lordsburg and burial was in the cemetery there. He is survived by his wife of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Joe McCarty of Lordsburg and Mrs. Jim Regas of Animas, N.M.; two sisters, Mrs. Bess Bennett and Mrs. Louise McCartney of Springfield; and a brother, C. E. Potter, of Normandy.
Mr. Stillwell is survived by his widow; two sons, Joseph Stillwell of Auburn, N.Y., and J. G. Stillwell, of Wisconsin; and three daughters, Mrs. Harry Wiegers of Higginsville, Mrs. F. M. O'Dell and Mrs. Robert Grandstaff, both of Marshall. The funeral service and burial were Monday afternoon at Higginsville.53
