In digitizing Helen Stone Woodruff’s research materials I may have confused the records. Lenore had two children: Richard William and Sue. Sue had no children. Richard William married Janie Lee Jones who died at 37 yo leaving 3 children: R. W. Lowry (Jr or II), Lee Ann Lowry, and Scott Bryant Lowry.
Evidently Lenore’s husband, Ted Wheeler Lowry died of severe burns while under treatment for terminal cancer that had returned after 3 years in remission.
