Mary Louise Potter
Mary Louise Potter, 83, of Moberly, died this Saturday morning at North Village Park.
She was born March 27, 1901, in Moberly to John and Josephina Mast Burlage. She was a registered nurse and received her degree in Booneville. Mrs. Potter had worked in Kansas City at St. Joseph's Hospital and for Dr. Cohrs in Moberly several years before retiring in 1961. She was a member of the St. Pius X Catholic Church and a member of the Western Catholic Union, Quincy, Il. Mrs. Potter was preceded in death by one sister, three brothers, and twin brothers at birth. She is survived by several step-children and step-grandchildren; one sister, Elizabeth (Elsie) Muehe, Moberly; one sister-in-law, Agnes Burlage, Moberly; and several nieces and nephews. Service are pending at the Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday at Million-Taylor Chapel.
